Our mission is to assist both experienced leaders and leaders to be more fruitful in ministry through understanding their unique calling, utilizing their giftedness and developing other leaders to do the same. Our primary concern is for those leaders who serve in situations where they either lack the opportunity or the ability to obtain the leadership training, encouragement and support which they need to actualize the fullness of their calling. Secondarily, we are committed to assisting churches in fulfilling their part of God’s mission for the world through local leadership development.
